E99 NRN - WANTED

I am trying to get in contact with the owner of a 1988 Volvo 740 with the registration plate of E99 NRN. This reg. is of personal significance and I have been unsuccessful in searching DVLA auctions for the last 2 years trying to find it.

Show to be mot'd untill 23rd july but you need the 11 digit number of the v5c to get the area tha it was mot'd, so it is still out there and currently on the road.
