V90 - electronic scratchy noise at switch on

I have a 2018 V90 D4 auto with just under 10k miles on the clock. I've had it for just under three months. I have an issue with scratchy electronic noise that occurs when I turn the ignition switch. This occurs before the engine starts and only lasts a few moments. It does not happen all the time, but since the car was in for the third time last week it is happening more frequently. On Saturday and Sunday it happened on 20 out of 27 ignition starts.
The noise has been heard by me, my wife and my neighbour. A colleague who has an S90 has confirmed, after hearing a recording, that it has never happened on his car.
I can provide a recording of the noise.
Has anyone experienced this or similar?

I *Think* mine does it sometimes, brand new (3 weeks old), never occurred to be as being an issue though, its hardly annoying or overpowering, not memorable, hence only having a vague "thats a funny noise....meh" memory
