V70 2.0 please help me choose a car!
Discussion
I've been looking for a new car on and off for over a year! I'm not knowledgeable about cars at all so I've been doing lots of research and reading reviews etc.
My criteria are, tax no higher than £200, large boot space, back seats need lots of legroom for large rear facing child seats, ability to tow a small trailer tent, automatic.
I average only 5k miles a year.
Budget is not much so I'm looking at high milage cars. Which is how I came to the v70...
I've seen this car on auto trader but its a private seller which makes me nervous. What do I need to ask? Does it look okay? What do I need to be aware of?

£160 a year tax
Looks in good condition, but has done 174k. No idea about the D3 engine. Doesn't look expensive for what it is, but they're big heavy cars, and take a toll on components. Parts are not the cheapest.
I'd be dragging someone who knows what they are looking at along with you if you go see it..
