Ours came with Pirelli upfront and Conti in the rear. Pirelli seemed to wear quickly and have just been swapped from Michelin Primacy 4 - so too early to tell .
Ive always chosen Michelin on my own vehicles due to their durability etc - and earlier this year had some fitted to the bosses A4. They gave really good grip but are about gone by 14k miles - may be partly the bosses driving.

I’ve had a variety of V70s and tried a few different types of rubber. FWIW..
Premium choice - Goodyear Eagle F1s were superb. Great road holding wet and dry, quiet, and I can’t recall the mileage but they lasted well.
Mid range - Avon ZV7s were decent. Quiet, handling seemed good but I didn’t really push on with them. Down side was on the front they were cooked in about 20k.
Currently running on Conti Premium Contact 6.. they’re very good. Notably they dispurse standing water really well. Can’t comment on wear as only 3 month in.
