Build spec from VIN

Mrs SB's just bought a year-old XC60 D5 which the previous owner apparently went mad with the options list.

I'm not totally familiar with the standard spec, so is there any kind of VIN decoder that will give a full list of factory-fit options?

One thing that *is* missing is front park sensors. Are OEM ones easily retrofittable?

Not sure about the XC60 but Volvos were notoriously challenging to retrofit stuff (well my V50 is)
