C70 fabric roof cleaning.

Hi folks.

I have been entrusted with a C70 to sell on behalf of a friend.

I can't afford to buy top products to clean the roof. Are there any household products that will not leave residue or damage the roof.

Fairy liquid, for example ( other brands are available ).

The roof is fairly clean with no algae growth.

It's fabric so theoretically a fabric cleaner should work I suppose. Normally you would buy something like the Renovo cleaner and then follow it up with the proofer to waterproof it.

It's not something I've done myself though! I've only ever used Autoglym and Renovo.
