Volvo flip satnav screen

May seem an odd question but I’m looking for a flip mechanism that I can bastardise for another project and I bought a Volvo pop-up mech to check the dimensions but it’s going to be quite a bit of work to get to fit so I’m now looking at Volvo’s flip system that was used in the S40 and other cars:



Does anyone have one of these and would they be able to tell me the width and depth of the screen casing element that pivots up?
