Help! Wiper fluid not spraying 2017 S90

Hopefully someone can advise please... just got a new 17 reg S90 yesterday and everything was brilliant.
However today I've changed the wiper blades and refilled the washer fluid and now the washer fluid will not spray
No errors and the wiper blades still work however the liquid is not coming out.
I've checked and all the connections are ok as far as I can see.
Is there a fuse or something I can check? I can't really hear the motor going.

I'm hoping that's the case too, the dealer did fill it up with water yesterday. It is about -2C where I am.
I suppose I just have to wait until it gets warmer and try again ...

Had this on my V60 when I got it. Seems dealers put the weakest concentration possible so freeze up at the mere hint of cold weather.

Replaced with a proper 50/50 mix and it's been fine since.

Can confirm it's the pure water solution put in by the dealership that froze.
I've been gradually building it up with concentrate screenwash, probably would make it in time for the snow next week...
