V70 D5 No heat
Discussion
Had the low coolant level come up some months ago. Topped up, and Tuesday it came on again
On releasing the cap the water bubbled up and nearly refilled the header tank. pur cap back and all ok
Took off cap after car laying idle for 14hrs and there was still pressure in the system, again water refilled the header. Now i have notices that there is no heat coming through at all.
When i squeeze the top hose it feels like there is not water in in and the water is now at the bottom of the header tank!. Circulation is ok and after refilling tbe tank with the ngine running, still no heat.
With other cars i had this was normally due to an airlock in the heater matrix..
could this be the problem and if so what iss the best was of rectifying it?
