2012 V60 Locking problem.

Had the V60 for about 18 months and it's a 62 reg T3 SE. When I try to unlock the Drivers door using the fob it remains locked. All other doors open so I can get to the Drivers door inside and pull the handle to open the door. On driving off the drivers door does not seem to lock but the others do. On Locking the car the drivers door does not lock until the second phase of locking which appears to dead lock the doors. This appears to have happened after the very cold weather and at one stage the folding mirror stuck closed and I had to manually move it out. Anybody come across this. There does seem to be a number of older Volvo's having similar problems but nothing this new?
