Help!.... need to find a good volvo garage near/ish Uxbridge
Discussion
Have just received back several sheets of Reasons for Refusal of a Test Certificate on my Volvo V40.
It's an old car (2003) but has a low mileage and I really like it and would like to keep it going....
Can anyone recommend a garage this side of London/Home counties who know their Volvo's and are reasonably priced and not likely to take the p**** when they see a single gal (who knows nothing about cars) walk through the door!
Any suggestions would be much appreciated because at the moment it's like a 'needle in a haystack'!
Cheers,

Power Engineering in Uxbridge, long established: http://www.powerengineering.co.uk/
Not a Volvo specialist, if you call them ask to speak to Dick Prior, the owner.
Otherwise a well established Volvo specialist here in Chesham who do have loan cars: http://bpcvolvo.co.uk/
Or, post up at Volvo Owners Club site, www.volvoforums.co.uk very busy site....
Don.

Hi Don,
Thanks for that.
I did look at Volvo forums but wasn't sure how up to date the list was as one of the local garages I tried ringing previously had since closed. After that, I took the car to Braydon's; and that still remains an option - it's just a pig of a journey getting across to that side of London...particularly if you have to leave the car there!
So your local recommendation is much appreciated,
Thanks for that.
