I have a 1999 V70 classic 2.5 diesel......i'm worried I just been stiffed on a service where the air filter was changed, the fuel filter, and pollen filter along with the oil and oil filter
The handbook shows me where the air filter is, so i can have a look at it, and see if it looks new......I'm suspicious as it does not look like it's been opened as there are no scuff marks around the lid to show it's been replaced as the dust looked very settled.
But, where is the pollen filter?
and where do i find the fuel filter?
(this is obviously someone who does not know his way around an engine!
cheers

Pollen filter is behind the glovebox on the P2 cars; hopefully it's in the same place for the P1: If you sit in the front passenger seat and lift your feet up, your toes are poking the panel you need to remove to check it (there may be a further panel beneath that). When you're putting it back on, don't overtighten the screws as the threads are very easy to strip. The handbook shows me where the air filter is, so i can have a look at it, and see if it looks new......I'm suspicious as it does not look like it's been opened as there are no scuff marks around the lid to show it's been replaced as the dust looked very settled.

Fuel filter (on the P2 cars) is in a cylindrical container just in front of the offside (right) rear wheel.
