New V40 - opinions?

Considering one of these as a runaround for the OH, probably the T2 R Design Nav (with a few option packs on top).

Had a look round and they seem decent enough, certainly nicer than the Focus it's based on.

I've done 1500 miles in my D2 R-Design so far.I like it a lot, but it is small in the back, and the boot is tiny if you have a spare wheel. I find it a bit slow at pulling out of junctions etc, but you get used to this- I'm getting about 51 MPG, which is a long way from the claimed 78... It's far happier on motorways and not a "drivers" car IMO. Petrol's may be different, and in Diesel's the D3 seems to be much better suited to the car.
