how much to get a 97 V70 AWD/manual/petrol clutch replaced?
Discussion
yep - As you'll want to stick a new DMF on it too - I've done a few (not an AWD mind) Set aside around 500-600 in parts alone - LUK clutch and fly wheel the only way to go (same make as the genuine Volvo parts) - realistically, to do it properly with quality parts you'll be looking around a £800 to £1000 in parts and labour - you could miss out the DMF but would be foolish to unless the car is super low mileage.

Another option would be a lightweight single mass flywheel which you can pick up for 300-400 quid on the forums.
They're good clutches on these cars - my last one lasted 135k but cost me £1100 to replace last year.
Agreed - I think you can also retro fit 850 single mass hardwear to the early models (97 to 99) - technically, there is no reason why a scrap 850 flywheel would not be in good shapeThey're good clutches on these cars - my last one lasted 135k but cost me £1100 to replace last year.
