I want a Volvo car but not sure where to start
Discussion
I bought a 2004 V70 with full service history for £3.5K earlier this year.
Mine has done 94K miles.
Don't worry about mileage, the 5 cylinder volvo engine will do 250K miles if looked after.
Look for examples with good service history.
I've owned a few volvos so please drop me a PM if you need help.
Kind Regards
Brian

I test drove the V70 and liked it, however I also checked out the XC90 - does the same apply to mileage on this model as on V70? Its just there's so much space and we are a family of 5 so we could split the kids in the back, would make long journeys so much more bearable!
The AWD system and auto box can be troublesome on the XC90, later models ('07 onward) are better. There's a 7 seat kit for the V70, a dealer option when new or you can get a 2nd hand one for £100-£150, takes 30 minutes to fit.
