Fit Britax Kidfix Group 2-3 isofix car seats into Volvo V60

Hi we have recently bought a Volvo V60 61 plate. we are struggling to get our Britax Kidfix Group 2-3 car seat to fit properly because our daughter is tall for her age and so requires the headrest on the seat to be high up and thus doesnt lie properly against the car seat itself because of the headrest. Does anybody know of any car seats for this age group that would fit, or equally how to remove the rear headrests? they flip forward nicely but wont move backwards or remove as far as we can see? Any help would be great.
