C70 diesel/petrol, auto/manual repair costs?
Discussion
Hello all,
I currently drive a 2001 C70 convertible. Had it for a few years now and considering changing it for a new one. I am looking at 2006-08 cars, C. £7-9,000.
Can anyone enlighten me as to repair costs between the diesels and petrols on these cars?
(Not interested in running costs, ie: mpg as I know a diesel manual will give a higher mpg than an auto petrol and I don't want this thread to be another "should I buy a diesel or a petrol based on mileage")
Likewise, auto or manual? I know some of the auto boxes on the older ones are useless, but have Volvo sorted that issue out? My manual has done 135,000 and the box is great.
Cheers.
