FIL bought one about 12 months ago and got 1/3rd off list price, I believe he paid cash though. I can't imagine anyone would entertain paying list or what is now an ancient and hopelessly uncompetitive car, but bear in mind that 1/3rd off list must be doing a number on residual values if you're not planning to keep it for all that long.
It's very well equipped, but it's also slow, noisy, not very comfortable ride wise and not even remotely enjoyable to drive. It really is miles off the pace.

Did a deal last year for my dad, got an exec for around 37k, it was built to his spec & new model. I have only been in it a few times, but hugely impressed with it. Curious to aboves post though, I don't normally call it, but can't agree with comments. Ride is good, long distance effortless & sounds good too (bear in mind I drive a v10).It's very well equipped, but it's also slow, noisy, not very comfortable ride wise and not even remotely enjoyable to drive. For the money & size, I can't think of a better new car, bear in mind Volvo badge is good & your paying Hyundai, Kia money
