Gearbox oil change in Staffordshire

Hi
I'm looking to get the fluid changed in the gearbox of my 2004 MY V70 T5 and was wondering if anyone had any experience of any garages or gearbox specialists in the Staffordshire/West Midlands area who might be worth a look.

Alternatively, where can I get the right diameter of hose to have a stab at the "gibbons method" of changing it myself ;-)

I think IPD do a 'kit' for changing the oil,I got my non specialist mechanic to do mine no probs.

is it an auto? if its a manual its piss to do and any amateur mechanic can do it

Automatic I'm afraid. It doesn't look too difficult to change it via the methods on the internet but I struggle for free time and the only "assistant" I have is my wife, and I might as well just leave the handbrake off and roll it down the drive into the trees myself in that case.
