Volvo V70 ventilation

Do the phase 1 and 2 V70's have the facility to have cold air running through the centre vents at the same time as hot air through the footwells? I found this really useful on long trips on my previous BMW. Thanks.

C/S/V70 can do it, cold (air from outside) on the dash centre vents and warm on the others as chosen.

Apparently 2nd gen (2000-2007) can't do this. On 1st gen you can with the centre vents that have a fresh air on/off switch, the leftmost dial in the picture (on RHD cars its the rightmost).
