'98 V70 2.5T - car starts great from cold, but when warm, engine turns over and fires without starting then dies. It does this maybe 8 - 10 times then fires up and starts perfectly. Any ideas?
Could be the immobiliser ring. I don't know a lot about it but it has been mentioned loads of times on the dedicated Volvo forums. One of my C70's does it but it happens hot or cold. I will have to sort it soon.
