Are rear headrests removable in S60?

I've just inherited a 2005 S60 T5 from my dad.
First thing I am struggling to do is to remove the rear headrests.
Is this possible?

Yes they are mate.
on the back of the seat, run your thumbs down from where the headrest meets the seat back, about 4 inches down, you'll find a lump. These are clips that hold the headrest posts. Get someone to pull the headrest while you push those lumps. they can take some force.
I did mine on my own and nearly broke my nose when the bloody thing came out!
