Problems with S40 Sport Diesel

I picked up my Volvo S40 Sport Diesel on Tuesday but since then a few problems have developed. It's from a dealer and has 134,000 miles on the clock.

First of all there was a rattle from the passenger side rear which they were supposed to have fixed before I picked it up but it has since come back.

Secondly I am getting heavy vibrations through the steering wheel under braking now.

And finally the car has become really sluggish all of a sudden. Losing speed with foot flat down in 5th at 65mph. It is also using a lot of diesel. Nearly half a tank to do 115 miles.

I'm taking the car back tomorrow on their request but does anybody know what these issues might be? I absolutely love the car and just want it to run as it should do.
