Opinions on this please

Having just sold my Disco I am in need of a stop gap car until october, I have seen this cheap Volvo, but know very little about these cars. Is this a lot of miles for the auto gearbox / engine? My disco had done 140000 miles so I'm not too scared of high milage.

They will do high mileages if cared for, and it should be reasonably evident if it has or not.

The auto gearboxes can be troublesome I believe, although I don't have any first hand knowledge on this. I have read they are very fussy about the fluid used if you intend to flush. I'd be tempted to think if the auto box shifts ok then it should be ok.

General wear and tear on running gear is also an issue. That said, I have a 230k mile V70 D5 and the running gear and interior are in remarkably good shape.
