Servicing plans for a V70

I'm looking at getting a V70 - found a car I like and I'm now negotiating with the dealer.

I'm being offered servicing packages but I have no reference point as to whether they are good value or not (previously had company or older cars where they weren't applicable). Does £459 for 3 services and an MOT seem good value? There is a 4 service and 2 MOT package for £579 as well, but I am leaning towards the shorter one.

Does anyone have any views based on servicing their V70? I know that I could service the car more cheaply away from a main dealer but I think I want to keep it in the network for a few years at least.

I took out a service plan for my V50 D4. The dealer plans are much better value than Volvo's own plan. I worked it out based on what a colleague had paid for his V50 2.0d and it seemed to come out better.
