Phase 2 2004 v70 rear window replacement heeeeeelllp !

After interfacing with a wall a while back I finally found a 455 paint code rear passenger door in good nick to replace mine unfortunately it had a broken window and I will admit it I am unsure how to swap the window over it sits in a mount riveted to the regulator and seems to be held in tight with blue clips and foam / glue / gunk / volvo magic material , I dont want to proceed till I am sure how to replace with out damaging the good window , any help greatly appreciated

I've never done this so don't know if it makes sense, but the 'book' suggests:

Cheers , that has shed some light I am guessing by removing the rivets that the screw and nut is under them ? where have you got that guide from if i may be so cheeky
