Hi folks,
Looking for a little advice I'm looking to spend around £6,000 on a car which is mainly for commuting but also with the capacity for solid motorway miles.
I've always had larger cars my last a 2.0TD Nissan Primers,but been carless for a few years.
I've been attracted by the looks of the Volvo S40's that I've seen and it looks a stunning car, I also know from many family members that Volvos are generally reliable and decent to drive.
I'm just wondering what I should be looking for in terms of ideal model for the price and also in terms of reliability / servicing there anything I should be aware of?
Ideally looking for a diesel for fuel reasons unless there's an amazing reason to buy petrol!
Also considering an S60 but just wondered how they compare.
