Recommend a Volvo independent garage - Bucks/Oxford ?

Hi Guys,
My boss has an XC90 which is coming up to its 1st service. He plans to keep it for a few years and is considering finding a good local independent garage over a main Volvo dealer to build a relationship with and use it for all his servicing needs going forwards.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good Volvo independant near to Thame in Oxfordshire?
