S60 / V60

Other than one being an estate, is there any other difference between the S60 and V60? Particularly would both fronts be the same?

When you say "fronts the same" do you mean how they look? If so, then yes, they look identical to me. I had a V60 D5 as a courtesy car the other day and found it decent enough, although in no way at all is it an estate!
I thought it was quite nice to drive and pretty pokey (in comparison to my old V70).
