460 ignition barrell

I have a 95 460 where the ignition barrell has jammed on the off position , the steering lock is off thankfully
but how do i remove the barrell without being able to select position 2 and popping a paper clip in the hole or
get it started via the ignition switch bypassing the barrel

drill out the 2 shear of bolts that hold the lock and barrel housings.

a new lock comes with both and new shear of bolts but there is a special tool to tighten the bolts.
