leaky alloys...

had the v40 sport two weeks now and have found the 17 alloys are leaking on the inner rim on three of the alloys!! apart from taking the wheels to a refurb wheel place to weld up, what other options are there? tyre places dont fit tubes any more as they can make more money flogging a new tyre i've worked out..has anyone had this problem and found an easy and cheap solution? is there a company i can get low profile tubes from, tried a search but not much luck, any info much appreciated
