XC90 Replacement?

It's time to replace my trusty 2005 XC90, and much as I would love to replace it like for like, I just cannot justify spending £30k + on a car that's essentially unchanged in almost 10 years and close to replacement. Does anyone have any reliable info on when the replacement is due? Most of what I've read on the internet suggests 2012...

I'm in the same boat and looking to replace ours, which I have had for seven years. I agree that spending that sort of money on a 8/9 year old design doesn't stack up.

Have had a conversation with the dealer today and he says there is now talk that it could be within the next 12 months, and its not worth changing ours and we may as well keep it and go straight into the new model

2013 is what have been told from the company.

Dont see what the issue is paying out for a new version, residually they are very strong and no doubt the new version will be more expensive again so shouldnt harm residuals on the current one.
