AJP8 Gearbox T5

Managed a trial fit of the AJP8 engine and T5 gearbox in the Dolomite Sprint last weekend,
But have hit a large problem,
Is there a remote gear lever kit to bring the gearlever approx 7 to 8 inche's further forward.
Or is there a differnet tail housing I could use.

I did find a gearlinkage kit,
But I did measure the engine gearbox wrongly so have no need for the linkage now.
