After too long off the road my SC500 Griff is finally back on the road. Had it mapped by Mark Adams last week and he confirmed its a monster!!! The slow speed driveability is almost as impressive as the speed. Only thing was we couldn't get a power run as rolling road couldn't take the torque so looking for a Dyno shootout in the future. Will be out on the road in New Forest Southampton area today to get some more miles on it before it hits the tracks and sprints in few weeks time. The sound of that supercharger is definitely addictive

Can you hear the charger on yours? Mines pretty well drowned out completely by the exhaust but bizarrely if you put a mic in the car it picks it up quite clearly along with the recirc valve. Apparently it sounds very distinctive outside the car as well on the flypast. I just wish I could hear it in the drivers seat!

That's cos your exhaust is so naff'n LOUD evil
I only ever notice mine on cruise...its a bit like having tinnitus, and gets a bit annoying after a 3 or 4 hour drive.

Hey Nick, mine's about the same as Hamish's, you can hear the recirc valve when you change gear at high rpm, it's awesome, but not intrusive.
