With the ACT triple plenum fitted on a rover V8 how do you get the dip stick in ?

From the top, same as normal.

Is this a trick question?

The dip stick doesn't extend above the rocker covers, and it bends miles in either direction if necessary to get it past the intake.

I will look again, maybe I am being a bit simple.

Don't think I am beeing silly here. The dipstick is bendy but not enough to push fully home. Getting it that far is a challenge. Will call Tim tomrrow, wondered what others had done. Spacing the bracket out from the rocker cover looks a good plan but will offer up the manifold first.

Whilst we are here, the lower sensor is for temp guage, blue one is for ECU what is the one lurking behind the blue one ?

Nor me.

Can you turn the dip stick through 180 degrees so the handle curves the other way? It might need a little persuasion to curve the other way.

Tried that. It is less happy finding the hole into the sump round the other way and still rests against the airbox. I guess ( hope ) others have used this bit of kit on a Griff.

Undo the clip, and turn the tube so it goes more toward the bulkhead, then turn the clip through 180 and re-screw, this should move the whole thing back a bit?

The other sensor is also for the gauge, the lower one is the one TVR put in, some people say that the one behind the ECU sender is more accurate!
