Pros and cons please? I allready have the ACT large bore inlet hose fitted and have an 20AM air flow meter to go in when I have the Tornado. Just shortenend my trumpets by 20mm and am awaiting arrival of 72mm plenum, any thoughts.

Obviously you'll need the chip changed when you go to the 20AM. Can you get a standard chip to suit that set of mods?

Dave - it will allow your engine to be mapped to the new induction. Think they sell for about £410 ..

Without them the engine cannot be re-mapped.

As it happens - I am just about to sell my 14 CUX with tornado (already mapped for 45mm trumpets and big Bosche afm).

That's not true. "Tornado" is just a chip with a map on (and usually a scrambler board). All mapping does is produce a different map that needs to be blown on a new chip and plugged in. The chip and scrambler board are cheap - what you're paying for is the knowledge and experience required to produce the new map.
