Interior trim removal

Last week I got my cerb out of the garage and thought 'that's a nasty smell'.
On further investigation I found two mice nests (bds). One under the dash and the other in the boot.
Oh well .......I was going to re-trim the interior soon anyway.

I need to ask how to get the trim at head hight that runs across the top of the doors. If someone could let me know please.
