T56 and Monaro type gearlinkage

The Monaro linkage is pointing backwards. Is there a way to turn it the other way round?

Wel, the t56 box is in the cAr. The car is of the the exhaustspecialist. Huis job wil be to fit the ls7 manifolds and make Some Good herders out of iT. The engine had to raasde 2,5cm and stil there is almost no space to fit the manifolds. To get he pipes neatly beide the box wil be difficult. I hope i wil be able to make Some pica's. The monarolinkage is used and is turned the other way round.
