My mum wants to be buy my sister skidpan training (and I have suggested bundling this was some track experience) for her 40th in January.

Any recommendations for companies / venues in the Midlands please (she lives in Malvern, WR14)?

thanks

BTW - she thinks she's pretty handy behind the wheel (ex Evo VII owner downgraded to Civic type R) so something appropriatrly thrilling is required!

Donnington certainly used to have training including skidpan using a car on hydraulic jacks. Mira has various sections of basalt tile that are great fun,as well as other circuits. Got into Mira with driven-ltd.co.uk

Based at Subaru testing centre in Kenilworth. Have 4 layouts, including skid pan. £300 for the day and it's great value for money.

Look at Rockingham, where they have a low grip facility. It is a big advantage to do these things in a normal car on a low grip facility.

Prodrive's test facility in kenilworth has two skid pans i believe.
I think they have selected dates throughout the year arranged in a kind of 'Run what you brung' days.
