skid control courses
Discussion
There's the Alconbury driver centre at the junction of the A1(M) and the A14 - they have a skid cradle. If you want a real old-fashioned skid pan, Cadence (http://www.cadence.co.uk) have access to Lincolnshire Police's skid pan (and their cars as well!) and they're about 75 miles from Cambridge. I think there's one down in Essex somewhere staffed by a couple of Essex Police's former instructors, but I don't have details (I do think it was mentioned elsewhere on this forum, so a search might help)
