Guys,
This may interest you, check out www.clubdriving.co.uk
Launched by Bespoke (bespokedrivertraining.co.uk), its aims are to provide an environment to allow individuals to progress their driving skills, through the use of club "mentors" and driving (road and track) events.

Hmmm, not original, but a good idea.
Personally I don't know of any others, apart from of course HPC
Well there you go - it's not original irrespective of cost.
It certainly sounds a good deal - 1/2 day with MK for £95 and a full day including Bruntingthorpe for £290.
Sorry Martin I know your plugging this (you on the payroll?) but I dont really see benefit over other organisations such as HPC.
The prices seem about the same but it doesnt have the following that others have had due to a great number of years in the business.
I wish you, Mark et al the best of luck though and if you can get something to take off in my area instead of the usual southern bias that would be great.

It's purley Marks venture, not mine (not on the payroll), but persoanlly I think it's unique (HPC isn't quite the same and I don't know of any others), so as Mark has clearly put a lot of work into this (have you seen the quality of the magazine) I'm just trying to lend a hand.
Yes, I do benefit, from the events, and also from the mentoring, but of course we need members, hence the posts.
It's not for everyone, some will like the idea, and some won't - still early days, but once you've met Mark, his passion for driving is very evident, and for that reason I think this will work.
Not sure where you are located, but as soon as more mentors appear, perhaps in your area, you'll maybe have the oppotunity to help it grow.

It appears different from HPC in a couple of respects:
(a) HPC is a big financial commitment to join, in order to participate in events. Club Driving looks to offer similar events without the joining expense.
(b) It's run by different people and will have different members, so the two clubs' cultures are likely to differ. This is a good thing, because one club's culture won't suit everyone. More choice will encourage more people to be involved.
With a bit of luck, Club Driving will branch out into bikes too
