Here's an oldie but a goodie.
It is hosted by one of Australia's largest defensive driver training providers, Safe Drive Training, which offers highly discounted one-day practical training programs to high schools, which is how I got to know about them in the first place (my old high school was one of the participants). The content itself appears to be written by various contributors.
Highly recommened. But a warning: some of the sections are for humour only, not serious information.
