‘No right turn’ Confusion
Discussion
Hi slightly embarrassing, but I’m not sure whether I can take the third exit of this roundabout (Right) even though there’s ‘No Right Turn’ sign.
For context this at the exit of the hospital which enters a roundabout.

It's just for those who are maybe unaware that it is a roundabout (it looks to be a big one so maybe other entries are not obvious). So they don't try turning right into traffic up that entry dual carriageway!
Maybe a roundabout ahead sign would help but there is already a blue one way sign ahead, but I see people turn against those regularly.

Yes you can, but you have to turn left first to get there! For context this at the exit of the hospital which enters a roundabout.

I can see the reason for the sign, it is a large roundabout that could be mistaken (by some) as a junction on that approach.
I live in the area & have been to that hospital a few times & so have also needed to drive out. I can see no confusion.
To enter the hospital it is necessary to negotiate the roundabout so it shouldn't be a surprise that it's still there when leaving. There are also a chevron board & keep left sign on the roundarount directly in front of the driver as they leave. The hatching in the centre of the exit road is also curved to the left as a clue that a left turn is necessary.
No more confusing than many thousands of other roundabouts.
