Is this a red light camera? Gatso AFTER the light

I’ve attached an image of the Gatso, so i was coming in the same direction as the bus and passed the light. Surely must be just a speed camera? How would it know if it cant see the light? Any one have any ideas? Thanks

Speed camera. Looks built up so poss 20/30mph limit maybe?.

The thing is, when i search red light camera map it shows as a red light camera where this gatso is. How could it possibly know if i passed the light red if its facing the other way?
