Advanced driving recommendations

Hallo, I am looking for recommendations of advanced instructors, I know of several groups in my area but I'd like to hear of personal experiences from others before approaching them.
I have been driving (car) for two years in two days time, not long but covered 22'000 miles and several thousand more on the motorbike in this period. I did well on my test (1 minor for bay parking) but from my experience and what I have read, you don't start learning until after your test, I've seen so much more than 35hrs of lessons could ever teach and learning more as I drive.
I have a habit of picking fault with my driving and dwell on any error or mistake that I make. This is fine in the part that I can recognise, but I am often stuck when it comes to resolutions and often prevents progress as I 'beat myself' up over this. I have both car and motorcycle roadcraft books and read both, which has been helpful.
So I am looking to improve, I simply want to be the best I can be, not to one day say "I got ROSPA gold" or other certificate, but to simple be able to say I am doing everything I can to be the safest that I can be when driving.
