Is this a good value diver training or would a different driver training be more appropriate?
I'm closer to 60 than 50 and been driving cars and bikes for 40yrs, I do about 7000 mpa and regard my self as competent, but no more than that. I'm not interested in track driving, but would like to get the most out my time spent on the roads. I live in Warwickshire so I think Coventry is my nearest IAM centre.

I'd (well I did) start with a gander at Roadcraft the Police Drivers Handbook
Look up the contact details for your local group at www.iam.org and give them a ring. Will probably offer a free assessment drive - my local group does.
