Defo go direct not one of these timmy companys on the internet you will probably need to do your cpc to these days but as far as im aware that's easy and a total joke of a thing.

Ive not got my licence but one you get used to driving them its simple enough you just have to think about things a bit. Class 2 is a fecking big van really. A Artic takes a bit more thinking going forward the reversing those is where experience and skill comes into it.

You are right, the CPC training is a joke. Very Mickey Mouse.

Are you referring to the initial or periodic dcpc training?

EH !! that has me well confused

The initial is a couple of hours at the theory test centre for mod 2 and possibly a day doing the training and test for mod 4

how come your initial took a week ?

I did all the modules at once. Are we talking about the same thing? I got a card through from the DSA "Driver Qualification Card"

You have to do 5 days training over the next 5 years, I just did them all at once, that's all.

That's not the requirement for initial acquisition of licence, that's the periodic training requirement.

That is not initial - you did 35 hours of periodic = big difference

for those without grandfather rights the 2 initial modules must be passed to get into the periodic system
