Jag S type Sat nav

Does anyone know if it is possible to get an up to date CD for a Jag S type sat nav system. It is the standard fit system on a 2000 W reg car. In particular I would be interested to know if it is possible to get the system to work with postcodes. ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT IS A jAG DESIGNED SYSTEM OR WILL IT BE BASED ON SOMEONE ELSES MAPPING SYSTEM. I PRESUME JAG DEALERS WILL CHARGE A FORTUNE FOR THE DISC.
