Best Tom Tom deals at the moment?

Who are selling Tom Toms the cheapest at the moment?

I'm still undecided whether to go for the 'One' or 'Go', so I'll decide when I see them in the plastic.

I prefer the slimline design of the One. But are there any key standard extras with the 'Go' that could swing it?

Also, can you install all the extra voices on the 'One', or is it only the 'Go' series you can do it on?

The Tomtom one is a nice little piece of kit, you can have the tomtom plus stuff like traffic, weather, buddies and speed camera stuff, you can download or add new voices same as the other models, it has bluetooth take you can link up with your phone to download all the latest stuff.
I think it's brilliant, and you can keep it in your pocket. Battery life is only around 2hrs though.
Oh, and you can change the start up screen (splash) to a picture of your choice.
Oh, and i bought mine for £160 from Halfrauds when they had a special offer on.

Thats cheap.

I got a tomtom one from "handtech" for £177 with next day delivery. Thats the cheapest I could find it on line.

Great piece of kit, apart from the battery. My friends go 510 lasts a hell of a lot longer

Was just browsing Amazon and saw that if you buy the TomTom One GB unit at the moment you can get all the maps of western europe for free. Pretty good deal at £162 all in. I've bought one.

£179.97 for a tomtom one, although probably not the cheapest, you do get Tesco points

I've got the tomtom GO 510, so can't really compare to the tomtom one, but I've been pleased with it and wouldn't be without it now.

Have had a look on the amazon site and they do not say it comes with free maps of europe,
has the offer stopped or does it just come with the unit as standard.

Isn't there a problem with the One GB maps - map information is from a different supplier than the One Europe. GB has a lot of roads missing. I think I read it on a previous post, unless they've sorted it now.

I paid £211 + VAT for a TomTom 710 from PC World on Saturday. Phoned up and they matched thier web price for in-store collection.

I couldn't find one cheaper.
