mobile camera detector databases - what's the difference?

Does anyone know the difference betweeen the systems/databases used for different products such as Snooper sapphire and Talex?

The difference is in the file format of the Speed Camera POI's used on each of the systems. e.g. TomTom uses OV2 files. But they all amount to much the same thing as far as what they are trying to tell you. Type of Camera (Gatso,Truvelo,Red-Light,Laser,Specs,Congestion Zone), and speed limit.
